Large-format printing without unnecessary compromises
QIDI Tech Plus5 combines a spacious build chamber, fast CoreXY kinematics, and equipment designed for reliable printing with technical materials. The 320 × 320 × 300 mm build volume provides ample space for large prototypes, functional parts, fixtures, and larger design models. The enclosed construction together with active chamber heating up to 65 °C helps maintain stable conditions when processing materials with increased shrinkage. Plus5 is therefore suitable not only for PLA and PETG, but also for ABS, ASA, PA, PC, and selected carbon- or glass-fiber-reinforced filaments.Fast and precise CoreXY construction
The CoreXY motion system uses 9mm 1.5GT belts and highly durable linear guidance for the X-axis. The print head reaches a movement speed of up to 600 mm/s and acceleration of up to 20 000 mm/s². Input Shaping helps reduce vibrations and maintain clean details even during fast printing. Movement along the Z-axis is handled by two independently driven trapezoidal lead screws. The rigid aluminum build platform with a silicone heating element ensures even bed heating up to 120 °C.370 °C nozzle for technical filaments
The all-metal hotend with a bimetal nozzle reaches temperatures of up to 370 °C. The Direct Drive extruder with hardened steel gears provides precise filament feeding and also supports flexible materials such as TPU and TPE with a recommended hardness of 95A. A 0,4 mm diameter nozzle is installed as standard. Optional 0,2, 0,6, and 0,8 mm variants can also be used for different detail or speed requirements.Truly automatic bed leveling
The load sensor integrated directly into the hotend uses the nozzle as the measuring point. The printer therefore automatically measures the build surface without the need for manual Z-offset adjustment. The result is a consistent first layer and faster preparation for every print. The magnetic double-sided PEI build plate offers good adhesion during printing and easy removal of the finished model after cooling.AI camera and smart print monitoring
The built-in camera with a resolution of up to 1080p enables remote monitoring of the printing process, time-lapse recording, and automatic detection of selected problems. A filament runout sensor and the ability to resume printing after a power outage are also included. Connection is possible via dual-band Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB. The printer can also be controlled remotely through the QIDI ecosystem.Cleaner operation in an enclosed chamber
The integrated three-stage filtration system combines:- G3-class pre-filter,
- H12 HEPA filter,
- coconut-shell activated carbon filter.
Ready for multicolor and multimaterial printing
QIDI Plus5 is compatible with the optional QIDI BOX system. Once connected, it can automate material feeding and enable multicolor or multimaterial models.
