Overview
This original tungsten carbide bimetal nozzle is designed specifically for the QIDI Q2 3D printer. The tungsten carbide tip provides exceptional wear resistance, while the all‑metal integrated nozzle and throat design enables quick replacement and stable performance even during long printing sessions.

Recommended use
- Ideal for abrasive filaments: PLA‑CF, PETG‑CF, PA‑CF, ABS‑GF, PPS‑CF and other composites – the nozzle maintains orifice accuracy and surface quality over the long term.
- Manufacturer’s recommendation: use one filament type per nozzle; frequent switching between materials with significantly different temperatures may lead to clogging.
Installation and maintenance
- Replacement is easy thanks to the integrated design; after replacement, we recommend checking the first layer height and, if necessary, performing automatic bed leveling.
